There are three more weeks to go until my first triathlon. Since then, my workouts have been very rigorous. It consists of 60 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training. People have noticed my progression. I have seemed to amaze many people, including myself. Who would have known that I would complete 28 laps around an Olympic-size pool? Three weeks ago, I wouldn't have completed one!
I started spinning classes again. Boy do I miss it! Because of spin, I am training to be... Miss Olympia!!!
