Group Run

I had another group successful run with the Visalia Tri Group today. I seem to amaze people while training for event. The run was a small 3.1 mile training route with some climbing. Afterwards, it was off to the gym for a brief swim.

Here's next weeks schedule:

Monday- Weight training and swim
Tuesday- 25 mile bike ride
Wednesday- Weight training and swim
Thursday- off
Friday- Run and bike
Saturday- Off
Sunday- Visalia Triathlon.
