Food Journaling

A friend of mine has suggested to write a journal on what I eat to track my overall calorie counting. After all, my main goal is to lose weight while training. I have tried this before, but seem to fail after less than a week. I'll start on Monday and let you know how everything goes afterwards.

the beginnertriathlete.com has a food journal, and also sparkpeople.com ...just in case that's easier than a paper journal. i do that always!
