Spring Break

Any vacation that has strictly tourist entertainment and junk food is simply boring! Why can't you incorporate exercise into your vacation schedule. A friend of mine once told me he had more fun participating in the Marine Corps Marathon in Washington, DC than acting as a tourist. While running, he saw all the national monuments around the city and finished the race at over two hours. Not to mention, he was able to eat a healthy choice of foods.

With this in mind, here is my Spring Break Vacation Schedule:

Monday- Spin and Swim
Tuesday- Help with the Tri This Kids Club Camp. Ran a few miles Spin and Swim
Wednesday- 20 mile bike ride and weight training
Thursday- Weight Training/run
Friday (Good Friday)- off
Saturday- 37 mile bike ride in Coalinga
Sunday (Easter Sunday)- 56 mile bike ride Lemoore to Kingsburg

All of these activities sounds very enticing to me! Enjoy the rest of the week! Until next time....
