Back to Basics

With school over, I'm back to full time training. Being a "fit" college student can be very difficult trying to meet the demands of daily life, working, training, and studying. In addition, having a nutritious meal may not be an easy task.

During the academic year, I always seem to find time to do my daily routine. The key to overall achievement is to make yourself a priority. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day (I prefer longer). Save money so that you can afford a nutritious meal or a 5K entrance. Most importantly, plan ahead! With these ideas mentioned, your body and pocket book will appreciate it in the future.

Now, it's time for me to go to bed so that I can dream about a spin class at my local fitness center.
