Ninety percent of the United States population would not do like what I did this weekend. Riding 135 miles. flat land, with rolling hills. In the end, I feel very good! Trust me, I'd rather be doing some type of exercise rather eating hotdogs and hamburgers. Does anybody want to compete with me?
Here's my workout schedule for the remainder week:
Monday- 65 mile bike ride with the Fresno Cycling Club
Tuesday- Spin and weight training
Thursday- same as Tuesday
Saturday- Splash and Dash, Fresno, CA
Sunday- Ride with Fresno Cycling Club
