No Calorie Counting

I must admit, writing down the amount of calories consumed has been very lackluster. With my hectic schedule, it's hard for me to keep track of my daily routine, let alone myself. Luckily, I haven't gained any weight, at least I hope.... However, I have been exercising to de-stress and release endorphins.

Monday starts tomorrow, so I'll get back on track. Fingers crossed!!
