Improvements

I'm happily to say that I have been improving since racing season started. I have increased my workouts tremendously. Timing is better. Most importantly, my selfesteem has improved. God do I love to exercise!

Getting Ready To Train

Just got home from a 1 hour workout with some friends and a certified triathlon coach. Boy did we have it! He showed us workouts that were triathlon-related. Each of us wanted to give up after 10 minutes. In the end, we all stuck through it and got one good workout! And need I mention we all burned at least 500 calories?

Though the workout was done, I decided to swim at the fitness center. I did a few laps around the pool before it was time for me to head home. Now, it's time for RRRRO (REST, RELAXATION, RACHEL RAY, AND OPRAH)

More Training

Since school is over, I had more time to train. I have been spending at least 3 hours a day either biking, running, or weight training at the gym. And if you count cleaning the house, it would add to my training regiment. Thus, my energy has skyrocketed. I'll keep you updated with my progress as time passes.

Summer Fun

Since my summer vacation has started, I have been exercising regularly, allowing myself at least one or two days of rest. So far, it has helped my overall stamina. I've lost a few inches. More will come soon!
