Random Thoughts Again...

Let's face it. I'm addicted to exercise! People often times wonder how I keep in shape and afloat. The key to staying healthy is to prioritize. Wake up an hour early than your scheduled time. Have your spouse or sitter take care of the kids. Take the children to the fitness center the same time you go.

A body is one unique organ. Utilize it while it lasts.
