The holiday season has started which means it's the end of the endurance season. To maintain my balance, I participate in a few 5k or 10k runs, bike rides, and swim at my local gym. This helps my mind and body prepare for the next season. Not to mention, I try to eat healthy while spreading the holiday cheer. Most importantly, I spend time with friends and family as I continue to educate the importance health and wellness. Now, that's something to be thankful!
