It's this time of year that people make their resolutions. A common one is to lose weight. I must admit, I had fallen into that trap, fell off the bandwagon, and picked myself up 12 months later. However, the last one I made, which was healthy one, was successful.
Here are some keys to resolution success:
1. Write it down- This will allow you to document all the necessities that you need in order to make your resolution successful. If your resolution is to lose weight, you will realize on how much calories consumed. A great source is Sparkpeople.com, a website that allows you to track what you eat.
For others, it may be controlling ones finances. Excellent resources are Microsoft Excel and Budget Tracker.
2. Join a support group- People learn mistakes from others.
3. Take classes- There's nothing than a good education! It can be at a local college or a community center.
4. Have fun!!!
With that said... onto 2011!

I was never a yoga type of person until last night. It helps with the mind and muscle. Additional components are to strengthen the core, lengthening the hamstrings, and open the shoulders. While I'm not a stretchy-zen type of person, yoga would be essential to my routine.
