The premise for me writing this blog is to help those who are in need including myself. I started this journey as an endurance athlete trying to improve my life. As time went through, many people joined the bandwagon, one of which is an individual who is the love of my life, who sadly died at my presence. Fitness is my drug of choice. Besides my family, friends, and God, it has cured my depression. Additionally, I have guided thoseands of individuals improve their lives for the better.

We are all in search for happiness, love, and affection. Being happy is a state of feel-good for the mind, body, and soul. Balancing the 3 acts of happiness keeps us linear. In order to successfully fulfill these tasks, one must do the following. 1. Create your own positive environment- What surrounds you defines your personality. 2. Enjoy physical activity- Go for a run, walk, jog, bike, swim, or attend a class to cleanse your soul. 3. Find something that's mentally stimulating- Challenge your mind! A person does not need material things to make them happy. Personally, I feel that happiness is a necessity. Often times, I am consumed with everyday responsibilities that occupy my time. Between work, school, and family, it is hard for me time to myself. However, when I do go for a run or jog, the happiness comes back. With that said... KEEP SMILING! MLT

My lifelong resolution is to help the working individual reclaim their life. I am a working woman, graduate student, and caregiver. I do not have any children of my own, but a family to nurture. Healthy eating and exercise cleanses my soul, keeps me sane, defeat depression, and overcome any obstacles throughout life. Thus, I want to be a positive role model for all people regardless of age. If I can do it, anybody can.
