Avoiding Plateaus

The New Year has come into a full swing! Fitness centers are packed and new classes are introduced. People are losing weight and feeling better. However, there comes a toll when a person reaches a breaking point when losing weight. To avoid plateaus, individuals must unleash their comfort zone and cross-train.
